DueKeeper (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) is a mobile application designed to assist with personal household budget management.
The App provides features such as recording income and expenses, managing account balances, and generating monthly reports.
All data is stored locally on the user’s device and is not transmitted to any external servers.
2. Terms of Use
No user account creation is required to use the App.
The App should be used solely for the purpose of personal household budget management.
Users may not use the App for commercial purposes.
Users are responsible for backing up their own data.
3. Prohibited Activities
- Modification, reverse engineering, or decompilation of the App
- Unauthorized use of the App or any activity that violates applicable laws
- Any activity that interferes with the operation of the App
- Any activity that infringes upon the rights of third parties
- Unauthorized use of information obtained through the App
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the App and its associated content belong to the developer.
Users have the right to use the App only within the scope of compliance with these Terms.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, whether express or implied.
The developer assumes no liability for any damages resulting from device malfunction, data loss, calculation errors, or similar issues.
The developer assumes no liability for any damages arising from the use of the App.
Users shall use the App at their own risk and responsibility.
6. Changes to or Termination of Service
The developer may change or terminate the App without prior notice.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
8. Changes to These Terms
The developer may modify these Terms as necessary.
The revised Terms shall take effect upon publication within the App.
