Section 1. Service Description

"Anshin Kakeibo" is a personal finance management mobile application. It provides income and expense tracking, account balance management, and monthly report generation. All data is stored locally on the user's device.

Section 2. Conditions of Use

• No user account registration is required
• Use for personal household finance management purposes only
• Commercial use is prohibited
• Users are responsible for backing up their own data

Section 3. Prohibited Activities

• Modification, reverse engineering, or decompilation of the application
• Unauthorized use or activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
• Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Unauthorized use of information obtained through the Service

Section 4. Intellectual Property Rights

The developer retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Service.

Section 5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from device failure, data loss, or similar events.

Section 6. Modification and Termination

The developer may modify or discontinue the Service without prior notice and shall not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom.

Section 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

Section 8. Amendments to These Terms

The developer may amend these Terms at its discretion. Amendments shall take effect upon publication within the Service.
